The night before the burial of her husband 2nd Lt. James Cathey of the United States Marine Corps, killed in Iraq, Katherine Cathey refused to leave the casket, asking to sleep next to his body for the last time. The Marines made a bed for her, tucking in the sheets below the flag. Before she fell asleep, she opened her laptop computer and played songs that reminded her of "Cat", and one of the Marines asked if she wanted them to continue standing watch as she slept. "I think it would be kind of nice if you kept doing it" she said. "I think that's what he would have wanted". -Not sure what is more honorable: Being married to this faithful wife to the end or the Marine standing next to the casket watching over them both.

 I am so not doing this right. But here are some nested Christmas trees for your pleasure. I have a pet peeve of people bypassing Thanksgiving and just jumping right on into Christmas. now I have gone and done it Not a good thing! Many Thanks to those of you who let me know so politely that I forgot to add the file I feel like such a dork But it is here and ready now.

I have a thought for you today. I seen it on Facebook and it really hit home. I will in advance tell you, My prayers are with you if this offends you. Now I sit me down in school Where praying is against the rule For this great nation under God Finds mention of Him very odd. If scripture now the class recites, It violates the Bill of Rights. And anytime my head I bow Becomes a Federal matter now. Our hair can be purple, orange or green, That's no offense; it's a freedom scene. The law is specific, the law is precise. Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice. For praying in a public hall Might offend someone with no faith at all. In silence alone we must meditate, God's name is prohibited by the state. We're allowed to cuss and dress like freaks, And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks. They've outlawed guns, but FIRST the Bible. To quote the Good Book makes me liable. We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen, And the 'unwed daddy,' our Senior King. It's 'inappropriate' to teach right from wrong, We're taught that such 'judgments' do not belong. We can get our condoms and birth controls, Study witchcraft, vampires and totem poles. But the Ten Commandments are not allowed, No word of God must reach this crowd. It's scary here I must confess, When chaos reigns the school's a mess. So, Lord, this silent plea I make: Should I be shot; My soul please take! Well I have returned again back from the battle of the DUH Wat Do I Do Nows, Just on a brief visit though I will probably head back into the fight before the day is over though It is a mighty tough fight not sure if it will ever be over either. But I do have a new file for you, It is nothing to great but they are useful when you need them and you can do alot of things with them. OK Happy cutting I am off to the battle grounds again see you on my next furlow. 
 Well I have been kinda at a loss for what to do with what I am doing I have been designing alot of really great boxes and such and I have not yet decided if I want to post them here or not, Part of me says yes do it, (that is the part of me that truly loves sharing) And the other Part of me says no, ( That is the part of me that says I worked really hard on these files and and Nearly No One even Comments) So I guess I am kinda on the fence about it, I may just keep designing them and then open up shop, Who knows I sure don't But because I do love to share here is a Father Day file that may come in handy over the next couple of weeks

 Kinda looks like fun, Huh? Not in my life time. My son and husband have done it but I am not about to, They said it was a rush you just can't get any other way, well thank you very much for that info , guess I will have to do without. (I won't watch them do it either LOL)

 Well Folks I am a lile bit afraid to say this, In fear of Jinxing it. But I think SPRING has SPRUNG in my neighborhood I sure hope so This was a request over on the craft edge forum and anything that says spring is alright with me ENJOY
